Lindy (Melinda) Benton
Chief Operating Officer
Lindy Benton joined Sage in September 2008 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. Previously, she was with Cerner Corporation for 15 years, most recently as General Manager, National New Business Development. During her time at Cerner, she served in a variety of functional areas including operations, sales, business development and customer experience. In addition to her tenure at Cerner, Lindy held business development positions over 11 years with Digital Equipment Corporation. She holds both a BS and an MS from Florida State University, and is a Fellow of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society.
Jason Dvorak
Senior Vice President, Sales
Jason Dvorak joined Sage in April 2009 and serves as Senior Vice President, Sales. Previously, Jason was Vice President, Global Sales, at TeraMedica. While there, Jason oversaw sales to large healthcare systems and IDNs, and orchestrated/facilitated partnerships with large companies to increase revenue growth. Prior to TeraMedica, Jason worked for Paragon Development Systems and a variety of other companies with increasing responsibility at each one. Jason holds a BS in Consumer Science from University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Kat (Kathleen) Henry
Senior Vice President, Customer Service
Kat Henry joined Sage in December 2008 and serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Service. Kat has more than 20 years of leadership experience in Customer Service Operations, most recently, as Vice President, Customer Operations with AMP’D Mobile and Senior Vice President with Vodafone - Japan. Previously, Kat provided Customer Service leadership with Belgacom Mobile, and served in a variety of progressively responsible roles at Pacific Bell. Kat holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Janet Livengood
Senior Vice President, Division Counsel
Janet Livengood joined Sage in August 2001 and serves as Senior Vice President and Division Counsel. Previously, she was Regional Vice President for Industry Policy for Z-Tel Communications, Associate General Counsel for Crown Castle International and General Counsel for Adelphia Business Solutions and HSS Telecommunications. Janet holds a BS in Business from Carnegie-Mellon University, an MLS and a PhD from the University of Pittsburgh and a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Maureen Peszko
Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development
Maureen Peszko joined Sage in January 2009 and serves as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development with responsibility for product management, product marketing, business development and consulting services. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President, Strategy and US Operations, Thomson Reuters Healthcare with responsibility for strategic development and consulting services. Prior to that, Maureen served as Vice President and General Manager, Cerner Corporation. During her tenure, she held responsibilities including business development, IP, joint ventures and commercialization initiatives. Maureen also focused on the development of many of the most important strategic relationships and emerging corporate initiatives. Previously, Maureen held leadership roles with Deloitte Consulting and McKesson Corporation. Maureen earned a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and serves on various industry boards.
Paul Stinson
Senior Vice President, Product Management
Paul Stinson joined Sage in April 2004 and serves as Senior Vice President of Product Management. Previously, he was with Lanier Healthcare/MedQuist for 17 years serving in various positions in marketing and sales, including sales manager, product manager, product line director, and vice president of product management. In addition to his tenure at Lanier and MedQuist, Paul has held executive sales and marketing positions at Voice Control Systems/Philips Speech Processing and Business Audio Systems. He has a BA in business administration from Michigan Technological University.
Jeanne Walters
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Jeanne Walters joined Sage in May 2004 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Sage, Jeanne served 10 years as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Intermedia Communications, Inc., a $1 billion telecommunications company. Previously, she was an auditor for Ernst & Young, and is a Florida Certified Public Accountant. She holds an MBA with a concentration in finance and a BA in accounting from Wilkes University.
Mark Young
Senior Vice President, Research, Development & EDI
Mark Young joined Sage in August 2004 and serves as Senior Vice President, Product Development and Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Sage, Mark held various positions within Misys Healthcare Systems' physician systems division and most recently led the technology initiatives with the transactions services division. He has also served in various positions with Blue Cross and Blue Shield. He holds a BS in computer management from West Virginia Institute of Technology.
