Integrated workflow
The portal's solution-oriented workflow automatically navigates your staff directly from the patient request to the appropriate window in Sage Intergy or Sage Intergy EHR from which to fulfill the request or complete the task. For example, when an appointment request is opened, the patient’s requested provider, date and time are populated in the Sage Intergy appointment search and the available slots to meet the patient’s request are identified. With the use of online patient forms the information collected from the patient is inserted directly into the patient’s medical record.
Secure messaging
Your practice can also send secure messages to patients to communicate receipt of lab test results, action plans or other important information. The system uniquely identifies which patients utilize the portal and prompts you with the option to communicate via secure messaging. Any information in the secure messages can be easily saved to the patient's medical record for future reference.

Since the Sage Intergy Practice Portal is fully hosted and maintained by Sage, you’ll receive all of the advantages of a portal without special hardware requirements or dedicated IT staff.
