The implementation of our training solutions follows a defined curriculum that is tailored to the unique configuration of your installation. During your Pre-Installation meeting, we will discuss and review training for users by role such as clinical, management, front-desk, billing, etc. We will also discuss the different approaches that can be taken per user type. Then we’ll work with you to outline the topics to be covered, the training methods to be employed, and the associated timeframes.
