I’ve shown families the Sage reports even before we assess residents. I’ll show them and say, 'Hey, this is where we’re headed with your dad. He’s increasing his button presses, his care needs are increasing. If this continues over the next week or so, we’re going to have to reassess him because we’re increasing his care.' That way they aren’t surprised when we tell them we’re reassessing him.
